Here at Bar Bubbles we know that you want quality at the best price.  If you don’t feel our options fit in with your ideas then please contact us as bespoke does not mean expensive!  We are very flexible and approachable, tell us your ideas and we will see what we can do!

Our bar provides the following for a £200 booking fee, which includes:

Provision of 2 qualified staff

Temporary event notice application with the local authority (req. by law)

Full use of the trailer for 5 hours attendance (this is negotiable as good times cannot be rushed!)

Decorations/props/styling which can be tailored to your event theme

A small covered seating area directly outside the trailer – good to hide under if weather is not too good!

Plastic glassware, paper straws and napkins

AND

If you are over a 30 mile radius it is 50p per mile, when the trailer is full of your drinks it’s quite heavy to tow but it’s free to tow on the way home!

You (the hirer) can put a set amount of money behind the bar to pre pay for guest drinks and we’ll tell you when you’re close to the limit or we provide the drinks (these can be tailored). After the bar tab has finished then guests pay for their drinks as normal or you can have guests paying for themselves right from the start.

We can also do drinks packages so you could for example have your own personalised cocktail or pay for everyone to have prosecco on arrival (just ask – we’re really friendly!).

OR

A pay as you go bar for guests (this is really popular and people don’t mind paying for their own drinks at our prices, they really don’t!)

Please note our licence does not cover guests bringing their own alcohol to events and therefore we ask you to respect this policy and we reserve the right to ask you to refrain from consuming your own alcohol when we are in  attendance.
